i had a better night i shot a 204,202 and a 216  for a 622 so not to bad. we have the league won and we have one night left. my foot speed was much better and i was focused. If i could of put a few strikes together the 1st two games i would have shot a 700 but if was strike then a spare then a strike then two spares. all in all a ok night  

oh crap what  a bad night. 179,177 and a 188. thats a bad night for me but what can you do when nothing gonig right. i could not carry when i moved in to around 17  to 19 board i lost carry. so then i went down and in around the 11 to 13 board it was hitting hard but when i missed for the love of god i could not pick up a spare tonight. well i guess thats life .

my all iowa group does not put up to much info about tournament or anything. does anyone else know of any tournaments coming up for this fall. i do some regionals. so if anyone could let me know.

Does anyone have any bowling balls they want to trade or sell? I allways like trying new one out. i have 7 my self just let me know.

i am a 215 to 220 average bowler but coming off having my knee scoped my timing is way off. it feel like my feet are still very fast . i have tried some things but still fast any ideas
